The most defenseless muscle of our the body is the Achilles tendon,
it is this muscle which connects the soleus and the calf muscle belonging
to the down leg till that of the foot heel, as this gastrocnemies muscle
cross the lap, the subtalar joints and the ankles could create tension
and stress on the Achilles tendon. Though the tendons are physically powerful
they are not flexible, and for this reason they could be only as far as
they get tear or inflammation or rupture.
It is very difficult to say when the ruptures will happen, it will be
happening suddenly without any symptom of its happening, some of the weak
muscles of calf would create some problems, moreover if the muscles are
tired then they will become shortened or tightened, sometimes huge use
of the muscles will also leads to the muscle tiredness, the more the muscles
get tired then the more will be the shortening and tightening of the muscles,
which may lead to the stress over the Achilles tendon and ends with a
rupture.
