Tendonitis or tendonitis, is the inflammation of the tendon i.e. the tissues
which gives connection between the bone and the muscle, but if the tissues
that covers the tendon is involved then the condition is known as tenosynovitis.
Like this bursitis the above said conditions may origin due to the injury
caused by some athletic activities, some deprived postures or skeletal-muscular
disorders, and also inborn imperfection and rheumatism, they are most
commonly found in the heel, elbow and shoulder.
Tenosynovitis and tendinitis results in limited softness, swelling, pain,
weakness, restricted movement caused due to the deposit of calcium in
that area.
The tennis elbow is also a kind of tendonitis incurred in the elbow due
to the swinging or grasping the racket of tennis wrongly, moreover it
